As a growing law firm, we now have an opening for an associate attorney.  Scott Glassman has been practicing in the community for decades and is looking for a lawyer to work with on high quality legal matters and help grow the firm.

We are looking for a business savvy associate attorney who is motivated to serve clients, be part of a team, and is self-motivated to generate business. We pride ourselves in exceptional customer service and teamwork.

The Right Associate Will:

• Handle Client matters in and out of court
• Represent Clients at mediation
• Deliver projects on time
• Network on behalf of the firm
• Have core competencies like taking responsibility, reaching goals, collaborating with team members, offering solutions to issues, remaining calm under pressure and absolutely loving what they do.
• Be open to monthly reviews. Strive for continuous improvement through new ideas, and feedback

Skills Needed to Win:

• Teachable attitude and willingness to learn.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Strong communication skills—both verbal and written.
• Attention to details and excellent follow through.
• Able to prepare Legal Research and pleadings
